About Rune

Rune is a sweet and loving girl who truly wants to please. With her playful spirit and a touch of stubbornness, she's figuring out her coordination while enjoying life to the fullest. Independent by nature, she’s spent time roaming outdoors yet is learning the ropes of being a guard dog, and her bark is sure to ward off any predators. Growing up with three cats, Rune gets along well with felines and enjoys interacting with dogs of all sizes, although she prefers larger playmates. Fetch is one of her favorite games, and she can chase balls with newfound agility, even catching them midair. Her passion extends to swimming, where she excels as a strong paddler, making the most of any water adventure. Rune is off-leash trained and stays close, showing plenty of promise while on the leash with a bit more training. Born on November 19, 2025, Rune is a Community Assist animal, which means she's being supported to find a loving home due to her previous owner needing assistance. She's not been vetted through the rescue and is being adopted as is. Ready to meet this adorable girl? Your new adventure starts with Rune!
