Meet June, a vibrant and playful young Border Collie mix ready to find her forever home. With her birthday on October 10, 2025, she’s a ball of energy at just 10 months old. June, affectionately known as Junebug and Junnie, weighs in at a petite 25 pounds and stands around 15-16 inches tall, making her the perfect pocket-sized companion. This little dynamo is great with other dogs and thrives in a playful environment. She has her moments of shyness, especially around new people, but warms up quickly for some belly rubs. While she has a gentle side, don’t let that fool you; June has a competitive spirit and loves engaging in dog sports, already impressing her foster mom in disc league activities. Food-motivated and eager to please, June knows commands like sit, down, and has even mastered her recall with flying colors. She would thrive in a home with other active dogs that can match her playful nature. The ideal family for June has a fenced yard and an interest in training and playtime adventures. She’s not one for lounging on the couch; this spirited girl is always looking for her next thrill, whether it’s running, playing, or exploring. She can settle nicely, too, keeping her foster mom company while she works. June will be spayed prior to adoption, ensuring she’s all set to join a loving family. If you’re ready to keep up with June and give her a forever home, reach out to her foster parents. Click apply to start the adoption process.
