About Duncan
Duncan is a charming and spirited five-month-old mixed breed pup looking for a loving home. Rescued from a challenging situation, he arrived with burns on his back and side but has shown resilience and trust towards people. His affectionate personality shines through, and he brings a playful energy to his interactions. With long legs that hint at Great Dane heritage and striking blue eyes that may suggest Husky lineage, Duncan is an intriguing mix. As he continues to heal, he sports some areas of missing hair, but we playfully claim he’s keeping them because ‘chicks dig scars.’ He’s given a glimpse into his intelligence by learning commands like sit and spin, especially when treats are involved. Duncan benefits from a family that is home often, as he does show some separation anxiety when crated. He enjoys the company of both dogs and children, making him a great fit for family settings. Neutering is on the agenda, with an appointment scheduled before adoption. Duncan is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped, ready for his next adventure. Duncan is currently in Colleyville, TX, and is available for adoption and transport out of state. Start your journey together! Apply now.
