Meet Sean! Sean is a playful, silly, and loving guy who thrives on companionship. This sweet Velcro dog loves being with his people, happiest when he can join in on the adventures. Whether he's exploring the great outdoors or hanging out with his favorite humans, Sean is ready to be your loyal sidekick. While he would do best as the only pet in his home, Sean may enjoy having dog friends with the right introductions and management. He could also live with sturdy, dog-savvy kids who understand that sometimes he needs a little space. Sean has a history of resource guarding, particularly in his younger days and especially around other dogs. His future family should set him up for success by providing space around high-value items and feeding him somewhere quiet. Tossing treats as people walk by can help him build positive associations when he has something valuable. If there are other dogs in the home, Sean's family should closely monitor interactions concerning food, toys, and resources. With clear boundaries, patience, and an understanding of his needs, Sean can be a wonderful companion. If you’re searching for a fun-loving, adventurous shadow, Sean might be your perfect match!
