Despite his special needs, Alfie is eager to learn and has a loving personality, making him a great companion.

Alfie is a charming little guy looking for his forever home. He will be at our adoption event this Saturday, September 5, at Hollywood Feed Plano from 12-1pm. Come say hello to this sweet pup! With his distinctive ears, Alfie is hard to miss! This young German Shepherd mix is just about 12 weeks old and ready to grow into a loyal companion. Despite a rocky start, he remains an eager-to-please pup, cherishing every moment with people, dogs, and, of course, snuggles. He's getting the hang of house training, thanks to his fantastic foster family who is teaching him the ropes of home life. Alfie is already a quick learner who mastered the doggie door in no time and can sit on command. He thrives on tasty doggie treats and will surely enjoy learning more tricks! As a smart cookie, he will excel in a home that continues his training and enriches his curious spirit. Though Alfie has a limp nonfunctional tail that does not bother him, it may require amputation in the future.
