About Tipsy
Meet Tipsy (also known as Buffy). This little terrier mix packs a huge personality into a small body. Tipsy is a smart and hilarious dog who can easily make you laugh with her goofy underbite. Sheβs deeply affectionate and loves to snuggle, especially after forming a bond with her human. Once she feels safe, her charming and loyal nature shines through. A quick learner, Tipsy has made significant progress with potty training and basic cues like name recall, wait, and leave it. She enjoys crate games and quickly adapts to using bells for going outside. Although she may need time adjusting to being left alone, her intelligence means she can learn this skill with some guidance. Tipsy enjoys car rides and is generally good on a leash, although squirrels can be a distraction. With her medium energy level, she balances playtime with good naps. She thrives on intense, loving eye contact that shows her deep connection. While she has many fantastic qualities, Tipsy can be sensitive and might react in overwhelming environments. For this reason, she needs a patient adopter who appreciates both her sweetness and sensitivity. Tipsy would flourish in a single-family home with a private yard, allowing her to navigate life at her own pace without the overstimulating sights and sounds of a busy city. For someone willing to invest time into building trust with this clever little dog, Tipsy could become a truly special companion. Click apply to start the adoption process.
