About Oia
Meet Oia, a resilient 5-month-old domestic shorthair brown tabby with a heart as beautiful as the Greek village she's named after. Rescued from a metal lunchbox alongside her two siblings, Oia was born without one eye, but a clean bill of health from the vet shows that nothing can hold her back. This playful girl loves to wrestle with her siblings and play with everything from crinkle toys to ball spinners. Her super-soft coat invites affection, and she'll purr and flop down for pets on her back and shoulder blades, though she prefers you avoid her face and head. Oia enjoys lounging right next to you rather than on top, relishing attention and companionship. Due to her unique skull and nose shape, she may experience minor upper respiratory flare-ups during stressful times, but she quickly returns to normal once she gets settled. If you're looking for an affectionate and playful companion, Oia is ready to bring her big personality into your home. Come meet her at PetSmart on Academy and Wyoming. Please note that PACA adopts only to the Albuquerque Metro Area. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
