Meet Patricia! This Small Mixed Breed gal is around 3-4 years old and weighs 26 pounds. She found her way to us as a stray and has an opportunity for a fresh start in a loving forever home. Patricia is friendly and easy-going. She can be a bit timid in her kennel but truly blossoms outside of the shelter environment. Patricia enjoys casual walks and walks nicely on a leash. Her favorite activity is to sit on a bench with her human friends, soaking in her surroundings and receiving affection. After her low-key walks, she will happily be your couch potato companion. She has the potential to live with another dog her size, but could also thrive as a solo pet. A meet-and-greet with any potential canine sibling is a must. With slow and proper introductions, she may be fine living with a cat as well. Patricia is good with dog-savvy kids aged 6 and older. Currently, Patricia is available through our Foster-to-Adopt program. She can head home with her future family while she waits for her scheduled spay procedure. After her surgery, her adoption can be finalized. Until then, she gets to enjoy a cozy home, loving affection, and plenty of leisurely walks.
