Meet Cupcake! Cupcake is currently being fostered in Washington, DC and is ready for meet and greets. At just 8.4 lbs, Cupcake is the perfect size to carry around. While paperwork suggests she is 1 or 2 years old, we believe she's a bit older, closer to 5-6 years. This sweet soul has a gentle demeanor and has been wonderful with every dog and person she's encountered. She's adapted well to diverse canine company, from tiny chihuahuas to large pit bulls, and before moving stateside, lived with 20 other small dogs with ease. Though she may be shy at first, Cupcake opens up quickly and loves to engage with her humans. She'll approach you for affection, and it’s hard not to smile at her playful antics. You'll often find her resting on her bed, quietly observing her surroundings or zooming around with excitement when she's in the mood. Cupcake enjoys human interaction and greets her foster home companions with enthusiasm. She's a fan of treats, especially fresh chicken, and can be seen happily eating from her foster's hand. Cupcake is house trained; she prefers to do her business outside, though she has wee wee pads available just in case. She is spayed, vaccinated, and in great health, ready to find her forever home. You can expect a gentle companion who thrives on affection and will settle in well without separation anxiety. If you're looking for a loving friend, Cupcake might be your perfect match.
