Cammie
AvailableCammie is a young, medium-sized female mixed-breed dog with a short coat and beautiful brown and white coloring. She is house trained, altered, and has up-to-date vaccinations. Cammie is located in Chinle, AZ, and is ready for her forever home.
About Cammie
Cammie had a challenging start, being the last of her litter left behind. Thankfully, some good Samaritans brought her siblings to safety, and Cammie was later rescued. She is still adapting to life as a house dog. Cammie has formed a bond with her doggie foster siblings, particularly enjoying the company of playful friends. She would thrive in a home with another sociable dog to play with. While shy around humans, she can be affectionate and has a wonderful spirit. Her foster mom describes her occasional "Dory moments," where Cammie forgets who she was cuddling moments before. She will need patience to adjust to human companionship. Energetic and mentally still a puppy, Cammie enjoys hiking and has impressive recall; however, she is still mastering her interactions on leash with other dogs. Independently, she’s learned to navigate the dog door and shows a friendly demeanor towards the resident cat. Cammie is crate trained and sleeps well in her crate. This young pup needs a home that offers exercise and mental stimulation to help her flourish. If you can provide that for Cammie, reach out to her foster mom. Cammie is located in Flagstaff, AZ, but transport can be arranged if needed. Make sure to get in touch!
