About Rue

Rue is a charming white puppy with big floppy ears and a gentle personality that will instantly melt your heart. This little nugget loves to play with her siblings but also cherishes quiet moments filled with affection. Her calm and caring nature makes her incredibly easy to love. Rescued alongside her six siblings in mid-July after being abandoned off Rockwell Road, she was just 7-8 weeks old at the time. Now at about 15 weeks old, Rue is ready to find her forever home. Though primarily a Shepherd/Lab mix, her exact breed is a delightful mystery. You can see her mom, Raven, who appears to be a German Shepherd mix sporting a unique scruffy coat. Raised around dogs, cats, and children, Rue has enjoyed positive experiences that prepare her to be a wonderful family companion. She's wrapping up her veterinary care and will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. Rue has already been dewormed and is up-to-date on preventatives. Applications for adoption are open! Rue will be fostered in Delaware County, PA, and can be adopted by approved families from various states. Make Rue a part of your life!
