Archie is a wonderful young dog looking for a loving home. He spent 10 months in a busy shelter, so he’s still figuring out how to feel comfortable around other dogs. For now, we recommend a home where he can be the only dog, allowing him space to build his confidence. Despite his past, Archie is friendly and gets along well with cats and older children (7+) as long as they can provide the gentle, supportive environment he needs. Archie currently weighs about 32 lbs and is around 11-12 months old. He is up-to-date on all vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered before adoption. A fenced yard is required for his safety, and it would be ideal for someone to be home during the day to help him adjust.
