AvailableBodie is a medium-sized male Pit Bull Terrier mix with a short coat, displaying a striking gray/blue and white color. He is house trained and up to date on vaccinations. Although Bodie is not yet neutered, he is incredibly friendly and affectionate, making him a wonderful companion. Currently in Burgaw, NC, this brave and curious boy is ready to find his forever home.
About Bodie
Meet Bodie, a boy who has already stolen so many hearts. This special pup came to us in rough shape, initially thought to be battling parvo, but we later discovered he also had an intestinal obstruction. Despite these challenges, Bodie's spirit remains unbroken; he's sweet, loving, and ready for his forever home. Bodie has an undeniable charm. Everyone who meets him can’t help but fall for his affectionate nature. He still needs to be neutered and is currently heartworm positive, but we assure you, that’s manageable with the right veterinary care. This condition shouldn't be seen as a death sentence; with treatment, he can look forward to a happy, fulfilling life. While we haven’t tested Bodie with cats or other dogs yet, we prefer to be upfront about what we know and don’t know to ensure the best match for him. Bodie has fought hard for his second chance, and now he’s just waiting for someone who will give him the love he deserves. His future family might be you!
