Meet Carl, a spirited Border Collie ready to find his place in a new home. This fluffy pup is not just a handsome face; he boasts incredible herding instincts and a knack for keeping a watchful eye on his family. Carl thrives in a fully fenced space and excels with a watchful owner. Carl’s personality shines brightly, especially when it comes to his love for butt scratches. Whether it’s during crate time or potty breaks, he’ll always ask for a little pampering. He’s loyal, intelligent, and has that unmistakable charm that makes every moment special. For potential adopters, keep in mind that Carl would flourish with older children aged 10 and up and needs a household without cats or other dogs.
