About Billy Jr

Billy Jr is a shy cat who takes his time to warm up to new people. Once hidden away, he now shows glimpses of his playful side, especially when a feather wand dances in front of him. This ginger beauty tends to grumble initially, but with patience, you’ll see him blossom. He came to the shelter along with Oreo and might even be the father of her kittens. Although he tested FIV+, it’s important to know that FIV+ cats can lead normal lives and can coexist peacefully with non-FIV+ cats. Billy Jr needs a caring and understanding owner who can help him adjust to a new environment. He prefers to set the pace and will thrive in a quiet, loving home. Come visit Billy Jr at the Manhattan Care Center; he just might steal your heart. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
