Francis is a young male medium-sized mixed breed dog, a Labrador Retriever and Beagle mix. He is neutered and currently recovering from an injury, requiring some special care. Francis is located in Camarillo, CA.

About Francis

Francis is a young neutered Lab mix, recovering from a fractured 5th metacarpal on both front limbs. He’s currently in splints and on strict cage rest for now, following a staged procedure to aid his healing. Although he can’t run or jump, this sweet pup has shown his gentle side in foster care. He’s already warmed up to a two-year-old and behaves well around calm large and small dogs. Francis has made significant progress; he’s had his casts removed and is eager to find a permanent home. Once he fully recovers, he may need some physical therapy, but for now, he’s ready to bring joy to a loving family. Francis deserves someone patient who can help him through his recovery and welcome him into a nurturing environment. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
