About Mabel
Mabel is a lively 5-month-old, 20-pound puppy brimming with personality. She has a playful, curious nature that's bound to bring joy to any household. While Mabel may initially be a bit shy, her affectionate side emerges once she feels comfortable. This little ball of energy loves to engage with other dogs and is eager to make new canine friends. Although she hasn't met any cats yet, she has shown no interest in stray cats seen from the yard. It’s best to approach introductions to children with care since her experience with them is unknown. Mabel is both house trained and crate trained, settling down quickly with some support during anxious moments. Recently, she has become more communicative about her potty needs and has not had any accidents for days. She's almost sleeping through the night, needing only one bathroom break around 1 a.m. Being a puppy, she's still exploring the world and sometimes views it as her personal chew toy, but she easily redirects to appropriate toys. Mabel enjoys snacking on grass and playing with leaves while exploring her yard. She doesn’t guard food or toys and welcomes human interaction with her belongings. In the car, Mabel can feel anxious, but the presence of someone she trusts makes the ride more enjoyable. She displays no interest in escaping the yard.
