About Diamond

Diamond, now known as Libby, is currently being fostered in Andrews, IN after being rescued from a hoarding situation in Richmond Center, IN. At about 6-10 years old and weighing 28 lbs, Libby is a female red merle mini Australian Shepherd with a gentle spirit. She's come a long way but remains shy and timid, especially around new people, so she needs a patient adopter willing to guide her at her own pace. Libby is both crate and house trained, and she walks nicely on a leash. A quieter home without children under 10 would be ideal for her, as loud noises can be frightening. She benefits from having a friendly, outgoing dog around to help build her confidence. Libby really enjoys being brushed and groomed, and she's ready for a loving home where she can feel safe and continue to flourish. A physically fenced yard is a must for her. With time, love, and perhaps some puppy classes, Libby can develop into a loving companion. Your new best friend is just one click away.
