About Peanut
Peanut is not at the shelter; he's growing big and strong in a loving foster home. This adorable, playful, and curious boy is preparing to find his forever family. Staff believes Peanut will be ready for adoption by mid-September. You can get a head start by placing a $50 non-refundable choice hold, which gives you the first opportunity to adopt him. This fee does not go toward his adoption fee. Shelter staff will notify you when he’s ready to come home. Keep in mind, visits aren’t possible while he’s in foster care as it can stress him out and make him more vulnerable to illness. Peanut wants to be healthy for your new life together! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
