Whether he's bouncing around or showing off his signature dramatic play bows, Otter knows how to have fun and invite others along. Friendly and confident, Otter is full of energy, but don’t let that overshadow his sweet and affectionate side. He thrives in an active home where he can enjoy both independence and cuddle time, making him a fantastic companion. He has done well spending time outside near other dogs and has been friendly while out walking. It’s important to note that Otter does not get along with cats. He has recently formed a bond with another dog, Melody, providing her gentle encouragement and support as she comes out of her shell. Otter loves all kinds of toys, peanut butter Kongs, and plenty of exercise to stay happy and fulfilled. He’s always eager for the next adventure. If you want a dog to keep life lighthearted and full of laughter, Otter is ready to swim right into your heart. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
