Meet Lady, a beautiful buff-colored English Cocker Spaniel, around 5 years old. She recently joined our rescue after being found as a stray, matted and infested with fleas. Despite her rough start, Lady is now safe and ready to begin her new life. This sweet girl thrives in the company of people and other dogs alike. Her friendly personality shines through as she begins to relax in her safe environment. While she's still adjusting, it’s clear what a lovely companion she can be. One thing to note about Lady: she’s a strong leash puller. Her new family should be prepared to work on her leash manners and provide her with training. We believe she'll improve quickly with patience and guidance. After all the changes she’s faced, Lady deserves a loving home where she can feel secure and cherished. She’s on the lookout for her forever family, who will help her understand what it means to be loved.
