About Toaster

Toaster is a fun and lively young Akita mix currently with Corridor Rescue in Spring, TX. Despite a street-healed spinal break affecting his movement, this adorable dog loves life and is wonderfully bouncy. His goofy, wobbling stride has charmed everyone at the rescue, and he’s shown impressive improvement in his balance and coordination. Toaster enjoys social time with other dogs, but due to his playful nature, he does not get along with young children; older kids will be a better match for him. At around 2.5 years old, Toaster’s exuberant personality comes through as he engages with people, sometimes holding onto arms to express his enthusiasm. He’s house trained and keeps his kennel tidy, which gives us great hope that he’ll adapt quickly to a new home. Although he can be a bit overwhelming with his excitement, Toaster’s sweet spirit and unique personality make him a special companion for the right family. If you’re ready to embrace his playful quirks, Toaster will undoubtedly bring joy and laughter to your life. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
