About Oscar

Oscar was discovered abandoned in a park in Newport News, and despite his rough start, he’s made a remarkable recovery. After being rescued from a busy shelter, he received care and is now growing stronger. This playful guy thrives in his foster home, where he adores playing with the bigger dogs until he’s ready to snooze. Oscar is quite the cuddle buddy, often following his foster dad everywhere. At night, he happily sleeps in his crate, settling down after a short protest. Oscar is nearly house trained and would love a home with kids to keep him active. He gets along well with both dogs and cats, making him a great addition to a family. His adoption fee of $375 covers all age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip, and neutering. What a journey he’s had, and now he’s ready for his forever home!
