About Circe

Circe is a sweet dog who takes her time to warm up to new faces. Once she forms a bond with you, expect a loyal companion who loves to cuddle and demands petting. Tennis balls are her favorite toys, and she's always ready for a game! Recently, during a Dog's Day Out, she met a family and did well, particularly with the younger sister. Circe does take time to adjust to new environments, which makes a calm, mature home ideal for her. She has met other dogs in our care and prefers those with a similar play style. Adopting her will require a smooth introduction to any potential dog siblings to ensure they get along. Circe absolutely adores back and booty scratches and is yearning for someone who can support her through the settling-in process. To schedule a meeting, reach out to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa. Your new best friend is ready to meet you!
