About Granite

Granite is a charming little kitten bursting with affection. This friendly guy adores attention and purrs like a motorboat when you interact with him. Despite a tough start to life—having lived outdoors and dealing with serious upper respiratory issues and an eye infection—Granite has remained resilient. After undergoing treatment, he lost sight in one eye, which was subsequently removed, but that hasn’t dimmed his spirit. He’s playful and gets along well with the dogs in his foster home, so a gentle canine companion could be a good fit for him. Though he tested FIV positive, he’ll be retested in a few months, offering hope for a future alongside other cats. For now, it's best for him to be the only cat in the household. Granite is on the lookout for a loving home that values his sunny personality, despite any limitations. He’s ready to bring joy into your life—what a wonderful companion he’ll be!
