About Rain
Rain is a delightful female cat who was surrendered on June 3rd, 2026, along with her five kittens — Foggy, Lightning, Snow, Thunder, and Windy — and her sister, Derecho. She sports a lovely short-haired calico coat of brown, orange, and white, complemented by her striking golden eyes and long white whiskers, giving her a charming appearance. As a devoted mother, Rain raised four of her kittens to be happy and social, although she faced the heartbreaking loss of Windy. After the kittens were weaned, they all enjoyed time in their double-wide cage, filled with playful antics and cozy naps. Rain, meanwhile, has been soaking up some well-deserved relaxation in her adjacent cage. This sweet girl has a wonderfully gentle temperament. She received her vaccinations and dewormer treatments on July 11th, 2026, with a booster administered earlier on July 1st. Rain is a petite lady and will soon be spayed, tentatively scheduled for September 14th, 2026. She's not just a loving cat but a loving mother who truly deserves a wonderful home.
