Dolly is the blonde lady, while her brother Randy sports a handsome black-and-tan coat. Although we believe they are Shih Tzu/Maltese mixes, their scruffy faces make us think there may be a touch of Cairn Terrier or another breed in the mix. These two are bonded, so they must be adopted as a pair. We're still learning about their personalities, but for now, keeping them together is what’s best for them.
