Meet Kip, the Border Collie who's rewriting the breed rulebook. If lazing around on Saturdays isn’t your idea of a fun day, then Kip is your perfect companion. She’s all about running, hiking, and keeping you on your toes when it comes to staying active. At just about a year old and weighing around 30 pounds, Kip has tons of energy to burn. No boring moments here! While Border Collies are known for their smarts, Kip’s not just about the grades—she’s a playful spirit who’s eager to please. Sometimes she gets lost in her antics, whether it's chasing a ball or her own feet. Managing her sheepherding instincts might take some understanding, especially as she loves to direct traffic during playtime. Sweet-natured and affectionate, she’s a snuggle bug who gives out plenty of kisses. Kip is friendly with other dogs and has met cats without any fuss, making her versatile for different homes. She's doing well with her house training and leash skills, too. Kip is not just a pet; she's a prospective adventure partner for those who relish the outdoors. If you enjoy long trails and a joyful companion who brings laughter and dirt along for the journey, Kip might just be the perfect fit for you. She’s spayed, vaccinated, and ready to embark on a new adventure. Kip is currently fostered in Austin, TX, and her adoption fee helps cover transport to the PNW.
