This little guy has overcome a lot; he came to ACT covered in painful foxtails that had embedded in his skin. With the help of dedicated care from our veterinary team and staff, Muggsy is finally being pampered and starting to feel comfortable again. Muggsy sports a unique haircut, the result of his grooming needs, and let’s just say he wears it like a star. His fluffy coat will return in time, but his lovable personality is already shining bright. He thrives in a calm environment and is looking for a forever home without small children, where he can enjoy cozy naps and the attention he so deserves.
