About Kona
Kona is a delightful 5.5-year-old girl with a heart full of love and plenty of snuggles to give. Known affectionately as Konie or Couch Potato, she thrives on cuddling and is always ready to lend a shoulder if you need one. Sleeping on the couch or your bed is her forte, but she'll settle for a cozy dog bed too. She enjoys spending time outdoors in her fenced backyard, but don't expect her to fetch; she's more of a lounging expert. While she'd rather take it easy due to her past knee injury, Kona can be surprisingly quick when excited! She’s a food-lover—putting treats right in her mouth is preferred and she doesn’t do well with slow feeders or crates. Kona has been adapting to life with a new human sibling and would benefit from a calm household, ideally without young children. She's got a sweet disposition but can get a little anxious with too much excitement or noise. While she currently lives with a shepherd, she'd also do well as a solo companion, especially if you appreciate her relaxed, affectionate nature. This girl just wants a forever home where she can spread love and stay cozy. If you're interested in adopting, Kona is ready to meet the right family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
