About Rocky
Meet Rocky. At just 2 years old, Rocky has faced more loneliness than most dogs could imagine. Rescued from a harsh Texas heat, he spent his early days trapped in a cage alongside a Chihuahua, enduring long stretches with little understanding of the world or the love that every dog craves. Now safe at the sanctuary, Rocky has finally learned what it means to live freely. He thrives in a pack, enjoying the joy of running and soaking up every bit of affection he can get. His heart remains open, full of love for everyone he meets, and he expresses his excitement with a trusting wag. Despite his loving nature, Rocky often finds himself overlooked as applications for adoption come and go. Itβs heartbreaking to think this sweet boy deserves a forever home while waiting patiently for someone to see the incredible companion he can be. Rocky is good with dogs and children, showing that he has much to give to the right family. He believes that his special person is out there, the one who will finally choose him and make up for the time lost. Could you be the one to give Rocky the life he has always hoped for? His adoption fee is $350, which includes transport to the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast. Let's make his dream come true!
