About Opossum

Meet Opossum, a stunning gray beauty with a story of resilience and a heart full of love to give. Estimated to be 1-2 years old, this brave girl was found as a stray, recovering from a serious tail injury. After receiving the necessary medical care, including a partial tail amputation, she has healed wonderfully. Her shorter tail adds to her unique charm, and it certainly hasn't slowed her down. Opossum is slowly coming out of her shell in her foster home. While she isn't a cuddler yet, she absolutely loves getting pets. She's discovered that the stairs are her favorite safe spot. Though she can still be a little scared at times, she is gaining confidence and revealing more of her sweet personality every day. Opossum needs a patient, loving forever family who will provide time and reassurance. In return, she will offer you a sweet and affectionate companionship. If you have a soft spot for survivors and a warm home to share, Opossum could be your perfect match. Come meet this brave beauty and give her the happily ever after she deserves!
