He endured starvation and illness, but thanks to compassionate people, he received months of care and treatment at Kaibab Veterinary Clinic in Flagstaff. The veterinary staff describe Oscar as a sweet and gentle dog who is grateful for the help he received to regain his health. At around 4 years old, Oscar is ready to find his forever home. He walks well on a leash and enjoys being around both humans and other dogs. Now that he's feeling great, Oscar is eager for a loving foster or adoptive home.
