Meet Tennie, a delightful 6-year-old mixed breed who’s part Black Labrador Retriever and part Hound. This charming girl, formerly known as Tennessee, is as sweet as they come. She exudes joy, greeting new adventures with an excited wiggle. Tennie has had a challenging past, as her previous owners couldn’t keep her, and she faced the grim prospect of euthanasia due to her rare moments of surprise growling when startled. Thankfully, Dr. M intervened, seeing the loving spirit in this gentle gal. While Tennie is blind in one eye, this doesn't slow her down at all. She happily navigates her surroundings, seeking affection and companionship. Tennie is currently being treated for Lyme disease and is up to date on her vaccinations. She’s house trained and gets along easily with both dogs and cats, making her a perfect addition for any family that understands her needs.
