Meet Owl! This charming 5-year-old Pomeranian has a gentle spirit and a delightful personality. Owl weighs 9 pounds and brings a bunch of silly quirks that are sure to keep his future family smiling. He may start off shy when encountering new people, but there's not a mean bone in his fluffy body. Once he feels safe, he blossoms into a cuddly companion, eagerly accepting pets, scratches, and even giving soft little kisses. Owl enjoys a relaxed routine. He rises at 8 a.m. and patiently waits in his crate until it’s time to greet the day. Easygoing and content to nap while his foster family works, he loves settling on the couch in the evenings to relax with the family. At night, he sleeps soundly in his crate, though he might bark for a moment when left alone before settling down. With his endearing quirks, Owl lights up every day. He prefers to be lifted over stairs or onto furniture, splaying his tiny legs in a starfish pose. Feeding time is a little adventure for him too; he prefers his kibble scattered on the floor for a mini scavenger hunt! Owl gets along wonderfully with dogs and has shown a mild curiosity towards the resident cat while mostly keeping his distance. He remains calm and sweet around new people and has even enjoyed rides in a stroller. Although he’s still learning the leash, he strolls along without pulling and seems best suited for relaxed neighborhood walks. Owl seeks a patient family who will give him the time he needs to settle in. In return, he’ll shower them with affection, cozy cuddle sessions, and those adorable starfish impressions.
