His time in foster care has revealed how entertaining and engaging Maverick can be. Maverick is a fantastic travel companion, whether crated or loose in the car, he’s always ready for an adventure. With consistent daily walks, he’s mastered leash manners and enjoys running freely in the yard. He adores meeting new people and has a great time socializing, getting along well during outings like Pupstock. When it comes to cats, Maverick is surprisingly laid-back, showing good manners around them. With other dogs, however, he still needs to learn when to dial back his energy. While he loves to play, he may need guidance to recognize when it’s time to stop. Maverick isn’t shy about expressing himself and has found his voice, happily communicating when he wants attention. He's also developed a taste for meal times, and his playful nature includes finding amusement in stealing laundry.
