Meet Hendrix! This charming male Australian Shepherd mix is available for foster, adoption, or the Foster to Adopt program. Hendrix, born on October 12, 2025, is currently residing at the shelter while he continues to grow and thrive. Hendrix can be shy with new people, requiring a little time to warm up. But once he trusts you, his playful and intelligent side really shines through. His journey started when he was found as an older puppy with very little human interaction, deemed feral with his siblings. Since joining rescue, he's made impressive strides thanks to patience, structure, and dedicated training. Hendrix is potty trained and crate trained. While he may show some reactivity towards other dogs when crated, he is friendly with them outside that environment. Any home with children needs to be suitable for ages 12 and older. He completed a board and train program and loves agility work, making him an excellent candidate for an active home.
