Meet Kipper! This pet is in our Los Molinos Sanctuary. Please call to schedule an appointment. Kipper is a young adult Spaniel mix who came to us from Kern County. He has a high energy level but is very fearful and standoffish, needing an experienced adopter who understands behaviorally complex dogs. Kipper does okay around other dogs but does not do well with people, cats, or kids. He is an escape artist and requires a secure environment, consistency, and significant behavioral training. With the right structure, patience, and professional guidance, Kipper has the potential to make progress in a dedicated, dog-savvy home. Excited to find your new family member at Wags and Whiskers? Our pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. Many come from unknown backgrounds, so please consider the 10+ year commitment. Schedule an appointment today! Call 530-895-8888. We don't offer holds; pets can be adopted anytime. Schedule an appt or simply Apply to Adopt Applied in the last 6 months? Just call!
