About Kipper

Meet Kipper! This young adult Spaniel mix is currently at our Los Molinos Sanctuary in Chico, CA. Having come to us from Kern County, Kipper is bursting with energy but is quite fearful and standoffish. He needs an experienced adopter who can work with behaviorally complex dogs. Though Kipper does well with other dogs, heโ€™s not comfortable around people, cats, or kids. This means heโ€™ll thrive in a secure environment where he can be closely monitored. Heโ€™s also an escape artist, so consistency and solid training are essential. With the right guidance and patience, Kipper could make great strides in a dedicated, dog-savvy home. If you're looking for a true companion who needs a special touch, Kipper might be the one for you. Our pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered, and we encourage considering the commitment that comes with having a furry family member. Ready to make a difference in Kipper's life?
