About Fred

Meet Fred, a charming one-year-old mutt who boasts a mix of American Pitbull and German Shepherd traits. He’s currently thriving in a foster home and is up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. Fred’s personality shines through his goofy and friendly demeanor. Though he might take time to warm up, he becomes incredibly loyal and loves to follow you around, often settling at your feet. With a moderate energy level, Fred enjoys playtime, whether it's walks, fetch, or chasing after a flashlight beam. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and does just fine with cats too. However, his protective instincts mean he'd do best in a household with older children. While he's working on basic commands, he’s mastered sit and is fully housetrained, content to lounge on his own bed. Traveling is a breeze for Fred, who happily hops into the car. To succeed in his new home, Fred needs an environment where he can get regular physical activity, love, and patience to help him acclimate.
