This boy came to us severely underweight at just 37 lbs. after being confiscated from his former owners due to neglect. He was so weak that he struggled to walk or even eat on his own. A kind family thankfully stepped up to provide him with a comfy home to recover in and with their love and dedication, Flash is now at a healthy 68 lbs. and thriving! Flash has a big heart to match his size! While he may be hesitant with new people and in new situations, once Flash opens up, you see his personality really shine! This sweet boy is incredibly affectionate and a total cuddle bug! He is also always ready to explore new places, making him the perfect adventure buddy! Learning new things is no obstacle for Flash! He is highly intelligent and has already received his certificate for Novice Trick Dog Training here in Chico! Along with basic obedience, Flash is also housetrained, crate trained, and loves his car rides! While Flash can do well with other dogs that match his personality, he would be happiest as the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the love himself! Due to his insecurities, his foster mom recommends a house with no young kids and no cats as well.
