About Dani
Meet Dani. She’s a 6-year-old, 55-pound sweetheart who got a second chance after being pulled from a San Antonio shelter's euthanasia list. Currently boarding in San Antonio, she’s ready to trade shelter life for a safe, loving home. Dani is incredibly sweet and affectionate, always wanting to be close to her people. After the challenges she’s faced, she deserves a peaceful environment where she can finally relax. Dani does have a hip luxation, which means she would benefit from an FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) to help relieve her pain. Her loving personality radiates despite her orthopedic needs, and she will thrive in a home that offers her comfort and care. It's essential to give Dani time to decompress in her new setting. She would do best as an only dog or with another calm, laid-back dog who understands her need for space. The good news is that our rescue will cover her medical care, including the surgery, so you won't be alone on this journey. Dani is up to date on all her vaccinations and available for foster or foster-to-adopt in Texas. This sweet girl just needs someone to help her learn what home feels like.
