Meet Jagger, a charming beagle mix with a hint of basset hound in his background. At around 1 year old and 31 pounds, he’s a gentle soul who can be a bit shy but warms up quickly to new friends. Jagger loves the company of his dog pals and thrives best in a home with another playful dog. He's never experienced life as an only pet, so having a furry companion will bring out his playful side. This sweet boy will need a physically-fenced yard to safely explore, as his beagle nose has a curious tendency to lead him on adventures. Jagger came to us from a rural shelter where he was found alongside other beagle types. If you’re ready to welcome a loving companion into your home, consider Jagger. Fill out an adoption application today! Look for him at our weekly event on Saturdays from 11:30 to 1:30 at PetSmart Eastgate. All of our dogs undergo a one-week trial period in their new homes to ensure a good match. We require all current pets to be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. Jagger is already neutered, vaccinated, and ready to find his forever home. Let’s make this loving boy’s next chapter the best one yet.
