About Hammy

Meet Hammy, or Sir Hamilton the Handsome if you prefer a more formal touch. This charming 6-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi is on the lookout for a forever home where he can feel safe and cherished. Although he may be a bit shy in new surroundings, it won’t take long for his true personality to shine through. Hammy needs a little decompression time to adjust, but once he feels comfortable, he's an absolute delight, radiating love and silliness. He truly adores his crate, which serves as his safe haven. Initially, he may act defensively when in his crate, but this is just a reflection of his past experiences. This loving canine enjoys playing fetch with balls, frisbees, and even plays tetherball! He’s fabulous on walks or runs and has an extremely gentle nature that has endeared him to everyone at the vet. Bath time and grooming are a breeze with Hammy. Given his smart and confident demeanor, finding the right match is essential; ideally, he’d thrive in an active home without young children. His favorite treats include bully sticks and baby carrots. Hammy is neutered, vaccinated, and fully house-trained. If you think you can offer him the loving home he deserves, take the first step today!
