Meet Tip Top Tommy! Tommy has come such an incredibly long way. When he first arrived at SPCA, Cincinnati, he had suffered multiple pelvic and leg fractures and was unable to stand on his own. After lots of medical care, rest and time to heal, this gentle boy got a second chance to simply be a cat. In his foster home, Tommy has perfected the art of disappearing. Drawers, under hats, beneath blankets—you never quite know where you’ll find him! He’s a quiet, shy, gentle guy who can be easily startled and will need some patience while he settles into a new home. Tommy has lived with other cats, but his foster mom recommends a calm home without dogs or small children. He’s been through an awful lot, and now Tip Top Tommy is ready for the good part: a quiet home, cozy hiding places and people who will give him the time he needs to feel safe and to become a cat!
