Meet Opal—the lighter-brindle beauty of our precious brindle sister duo! Opal and her sister, Olive, are eight-month-old brindle puppies who were abandoned at a shelter, awaiting a rescue. While Olive sports a darker coat, Opal shines in her lighter brindle. Weighing in at just 29.8 pounds, she may be petite, but she has a heart full of love. These sisters share a curious, affectionate, and playful nature. They thrive on human companionship and delight in the company of other dogs. Although they enjoy socializing with their furry friends, their top priority is their humans. Opal has a bit more energy than Olive, but in a one-on-one setting, she’s an absolute sweetheart, greeting everyone as if they’ve come just to adore her. Her enthusiasm is infectious, though she may need monitoring around infants or tiny toddlers, as her excitement can cause some enthusiastic wiggling. Opal is already crate-friendly, walks well on a leash, and is eager to learn. She has demonstrated her wonderful behavior around children, showcasing her gentle spirit and kind nature. Spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations, Opal is ready for a family who will love her as fiercely as she will love them. After knowing abandonment, she deserves a forever home filled with warmth. If you seek a petite, joyful companion with a love for people, Opal could be the perfect match for you. Her $500 adoption fee includes all medical care up to adoption, including spay, vaccines, and microchipping. This beautiful girl is currently fostered in Louisiana and is making her way to New York, so apply to secure her loving presence today!
