Meet Sugar and Johnny! Rescued from an overcrowded shelter, these two are settling into their foster home wonderfully. Johnny is about 6 years old, while Sugar is 3. They share a strong bond and we hope to find them a forever home together. These two companions are incredibly sweet. Within hours of arriving at their foster home, they were hopping into laps, soaking up love and attention. They’re happiest when playing with their squeaky toys; Johnny enjoys fetching them, while Sugar squeaks joyfully, entertaining herself. After play time and walks, they love cuddling up for cozy naps, and their adorable snores will certainly melt your heart! Attached to each other, they love walking, playing, and snuggling up together—sometimes even on top of each other. They are crate trained for sleep and have learned to use pee pads when left alone. Their potty manners are improving, and they’re getting the hang of it quickly. Johnny and Sugar are both vaccinated, microchipped, and fixed. They have even had dental work done, including a small growth removed from Sugar's eye, which was benign. They can adapt well to homes with children and get along with other dogs, but they would thrive best with someone who can give them plenty of love and attention.
