Tootie is an adorable young lady, currently weighing 20 lbs at just 6 months old. Rescued as a stray in Morrow County, she exhibits delightful markings typical of a Beagle and Catahoula Leopard Dog mix. Known for their energy and independence, Catahoula Leopard Dogs thrive with experienced owners who lead active lifestyles. Tootie, however, is a sweet and submissive pup who gets along well with other dogs and dog-savvy cats. She’s making strides in house training but is still working on crate training. Tootie enjoys spending quality time with her human friends and has a knack for being a wonderful nighttime companion, often sleeping peacefully alongside her loved ones. This energetic girl will need a home that can provide plenty of physical and mental exercise. Tootie’s adoption fee is $250, which includes her being fully vetted. Save Ohio Strays operates without a shelter, so all dogs are in foster homes where potential adopters can learn more about them. If you're interested in bringing Tootie into your life, the first step is completing the online application at saveohiostrays.org. Let Tootie be the wonderful companion you've been searching for!
