About Henry
Henry is an AKC-registered Parti Yorkie bursting with charm and personality. At just over a year old and weighing 7.75 pounds, he boasts a silky white coat with tan markings and unique spots that make him stand out. Whether he’s flaunting a long show coat or a puppy cut, he captures attention effortlessly. Henry is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered. After coming to the rescue with a condition known as cryptorchidism, he underwent surgery to remove the retained testicle and is now in excellent health and ready for adoption. Full of puppy energy, Henry loves to play, often getting the zoomies before settling down for cuddles. This affectionate little guy thrives on companionship and makes an excellent travel partner, easily jumping in and out of cars. He enjoys toys of all kinds and particularly loves playing fetch. With his intelligence, he has already learned commands like “Sit,” “Down,” and “Stay.” His agility hints at potential in agility training. When it comes to walks, Henry is a pro on the leash and warmly greets dogs he meets, though he may need guidance with “Heel.” He’ll thrive in a home that provides 1-2 daily long walks and access to a secure yard where he can run and play. Although mostly house-trained, Henry does experience some separation anxiety and may have accidents if left alone for long periods. A belly wrap can help during his alone time. He’d benefit from having a second active dog in the household to ease his anxiety. Henry’s ideal family will offer structure, exercise, and companionship, along with a secure fenced yard.
