About Beelzebub
Meet Beelzebub, a curious and gentle domestic shorthair who's three years old. Since his rescue in November 2025, he has thrived thanks to the love and care from his foster family and the veterinarians at North Bay Animal Hospital. Beelzebub has reached a healthy weight after successful surgery and dental treatment. He has the most unique meow you'll ever hear, and though he’s missing most of his teeth, his enthusiasm is boundless. As an FIV-positive cat, Beelzebub has a weakened immune system, but with a loving indoor home and regular veterinary care, he can lead a long and fulfilling life. FIV is mainly transmitted through deep bites, so he can safely coexist with FIV-negative cats, given that they all get along. He delights in observing the world around him and possesses a curious spirit, although he can be a tad shy upon meeting newcomers. A quiet retreat is essential for him as he settles in. Once comfortable, he turns into a cuddle bug, offering gentle head butts and affectionate companionship, particularly for those who spoil him with treats or engage him with wand toys. Beelzebub has overcome many challenges and is now a sweet, loving cat in search of his forever family.
